The First 7 Days (Week 1)

The first week, we focus on a vegetarian diet of runny, soft, warming foods that are simple to digest with smooth texture.

  • Nepali Rice Pudding - 4 Serves
  • Pumpkin Coconut Soup - 4 Serves
  • Zucchini Almond Soup - 4 Serves
  • Savoury Ginger Congee - 4 Serves
  • Stewed Apple and Cinnamon Porridge - 4 Serves
  • Cardamom, Coconut & Chocolate Lactation Slice - 8 Serves
  • Chicken Bone Broth or Vegetable Seaweed Broth - 750ml
  • Date Mylk - 750ml

Days 8-14 Post Partum (Week 2)

As your appetite improves, you will be ready to digest thicker soups, stews and dhals.

  • Sweet Rice Congee with Rhubarb & Strawberry Compote - 3 Serves
  • Double Choclate & Coconut Oatmeal - 2 Serves
  • Traditional Kitchari - 4 Serves
  • Carrot & Spiced Lentil Soup - 4 Serves
  • Quinoa Vegetable Stew - 4 Serves
  • Ginger Fried Rice - 4 Serves
  • Breastfeeding Brownies - 6 Serves

Days 16-22 Post Partum (Week 3)

You've now reached the point where your body is ready to digest heavier grains and more variety. We now start to include some denser foods.

  • Apple & Wild Blueberry Crumble with Coconut Caramel Custard - 3 Serves
  • Strawberries & Cream Oatmeal - 4 Serves
  • Roasted Cauliflower & Parnsip Soup - 2 Serves
  • Chickpea Coconut Curry - 4 Serves
  • Pumpkin Mung Dahl with Masala Greens - 4 Serves
  • Mushroom & Spinach Risotto - 4 Serves
  • Snickers Stuffed Dates - 10 Serves

Days 23-29 Post Partum (Week 4)

You are almost a month post birth. Your body is able to digest heavier foods now such as slow cooked meats and grains.

  • Toasted Coconut & Wild Blueberry Chia Pudding- 2 Serves
  • Chai Spiced Chia Pudding with Cinnamon Apples & Maple Roasted Nuts- 2 Serves
  • Poached Pears served with AYURMUMMA Granola & Golden Mylk - 3 Serves
  • Cauliflower Red Lentil Dahl - 4 Serves
  • Healing Broth Noodle Soup with Asian Greens & Poached Chicken - 2 Serves
  • Ox Cheek Stew - 4 Serves

Days 30-36 Post Partum (Week 5)

As your body has begun to regain balance, we add more variety and flavour profiles into the postpartum menu.
