The First 7 Days (Week 1)
The first week, we focus on a vegetarian diet of runny, soft, warming foods that are simple to digest with smooth texture.

- Chicken Bone Broth or Vegetable Seaweed Broth - 750ml
- Date Mylk - 750ml
Days 8-14 Post Partum (Week 2)
As your appetite improves, you will be ready to digest thicker soups, stews and dhals.

- Double Choclate & Coconut Oatmeal - 2 Serves
- Traditional Kitchari - 4 Serves
- Carrot & Spiced Lentil Soup - 4 Serves

Days 16-22 Post Partum (Week 3)
You've now reached the point where your body is ready to digest heavier grains and more variety. We now start to include some denser foods.

Days 23-29 Post Partum (Week 4)
You are almost a month post birth. Your body is able to digest heavier foods now such as slow cooked meats and grains.

- Chai Spiced Chia Pudding with Cinnamon Apples & Maple Roasted Nuts- 2 Serves

As your body has begun to regain balance, we add more variety and flavour profiles into the postpartum menu.
